Wrapped

Two hands hold a rose below an image of the earth with a cherub atop it and an umbilical cord connecting it to a skeletal hand, all on a black background. Above the hands and on either side of the earth/cherub a poem reads: I dreamt they made a jacket that wrapped around the Earth to stop the sun’s rays from melting the ice caps. But all it did was make it darker and warmer and killed all the plants and eventually all of us.
